We completed success fully received zoning approval for this project in the fall of 2022. The project will replace two existing single family structures with two new buildings with 3 units each. The sister buildings will be serviced by a center driveway and parking at the rear of lot. Each unit will have ample outdoor space and we are hopeful that the penthouse units will have amazing roof decks that will look over Peabody Square. The units are a 300 foot walk to the Red Line T-Station and numerous bus route, making this an ideal in-fill location. This project competed with other ongoing projects and we decided to sell the approved project in January of 2023 to a local developer.
