Darren Streeter Swain

Founded STREETER DEVELOPMENT after a 15+ year career in corporate finance and project management. Following a career with Raytheon Technologies as a Finance Manager in El Segundo California, he followed a career opportunity back to his home town of Boston as a Director of Finance at Tufts University.

Real estate investment and development became a passion in 2010, and he was able to leave the corporate world with a tremendous business background in 2017 to focus on real estate full-time. His unique background allows him to execute projects varying in size from small to large, and ensure successful execution with a corporate level of professionalism.

Since that time he has renovated and managed a portfolio of rental properties, converted existing buildings into condominium units, completed ground up construction, and entitled/permitted multiple projects.

STREETER DEVELOPMENT is committed to growing and is looking to expand activity in current areas of execution, as well as new and challenging ventures.
